The exercise poses a minimum burden on joints, making the overall effect of exercise higher. Strengthening the muscles in the lower parts of the legs, particularly the calves, is often very difficult. Leg press will easily help you with this. Sturdy steel construction with a frame profile of 8.5 x 4.5 cm is sprayed with a special colour Platinum Gray, which protects the construction from scratches.
